摘要 阿尔采末病近年来发病率逐渐升高,对其发病机制的研究逐步深入。APP、PS1为已被明确的痴呆基因,γ-分泌酶是生成Aβ的限速酶,三者都是目前AD领域研究的热点,但是三者在AD间的具体相互作用机制及过程迄今还尚未明确,这些都可能是发现AD治疗新途径的潜在位点。 The incidence of Alzheimer's disease(AD) has grad- ually risen in recent years and the researches on mechanism of AD have gradually become deeper. APP and PS are the identi-fied genetic triggers that lead to AD, and gamma secretase is the key enzyme which produces Aβ. All three are the hotspots of re-search about AD. The three are obviously interrelated, but theinteractions among these three still remain unknown. Those are potential therapeutic sites to develop a new therapeutic approach of AD.
