摘要
综述了罗汉果[Siraitia grosvenorii(Swingle)C.Jeffrey ex Lu et Z.Y.Zhang]的分类学地位、资源分布、主栽品种、繁殖和栽培技术、化学成分、药理作用和分子生物学等方面的研究进展,并对罗汉果的研究方向进行了展望,旨在为其进一步深入研究和开发利用提供参考。
Luohanguo [Siraitia grosvenorii （Swingle） C.Jeffrey ex Lu et Z.Y.Zhang],a dioecious and perennial vine plant from Siraitia of cucurbitaceae,is an economically important species abundant in southern China.Its fruit,called “Luohanguo”,has long been used as a traditional Chinese medicine.The fruit is very sweet because of containing non-caloric sweeteners known as mogrosides.The advances on taxonomy,resource distribution,main planting varieties,propagation and cultivation technology,chemical composition,pharmacological activity and molecular biology were reviewed.The research area on Luohanguo were prospected to provide more references for further studying and utilizing Siraitia grosvenorii.
