摘要
随着近年来高校外事交流活动的日益增多,高校外事工作者面临着全新的工作环境,也给外事工作者的素质培养提出了全新要求。为了全面提高高校对外交流工作水平,对于高校外事工作者来说,除了要具备若干的基本素质以外,还需要培养和增加一些新的素质,以适应高校对外交流活动发展的新要求。
With the increasing of university foreign affairs activi- ties in recent years, university foreign affairs workers are faced with brand-new work environment, which also proposes brand-new requirements for the cultivation of foreign affairs workers＇ qualities. In order to comprehensively improve the level of university foreign exchanges, university foreign affairs workers should not only possess some basic qualities but also train and increase some new qualities, so as to adapt to the new require- ments for the development of university foreign exchange activi- ties.
