摘要
房地产投资具有投资金额大、回收期长等特点,因此在房地产投资的各个环节中,收益始终是与风险同时存在的,特别是处在经济转轨时期的中国房地产投资,风险更是在所难免。分析我国房地产投资风险及其变化规律,实施投资分析、投资组合和保险等防范房地产投资风险的策略,对当前我国房地产业开发建设的健康有序发展具有重要的现实意义。
Real estate investment has some distinguishing features: heavy investment and long recovery etc., so interest and risk co-exist investment in property. Real estate investment is a risk investment in China especially. The paper discusses real estate investment risk and its regularity in China. and puts forward some proposals to avoiding risks.
