摘要
从务川自治县政策性森林保险的发展现状谈起,分析务川自治县政策性森林保险发展中存在的问题,提出了完善森林保险的相关法规制度,丰富森林保险经营主体,构建再保险保障机制,加强政府行政监管力度等措施。
Starting from the development status of policy forest insurance of Wuchuan autonomous county, analyze the existing development problem in order to put forward to improve the forest insurance related laws and regulations, and rich forest insurance operators, build safeguard mechanism of reinsurance, strengthening the supervision of government administrative measures.
