摘要
近几年来 ,浙江高新技术产业发展迅速 ,但与广东、上海相比 ,尚有很大差距。这种状况与浙江以轻型加工业为主的产业发展格局有很大关系 ,但主要原因还是浙江技术创新的总体水平不高。因此 ,浙江要加快结构调整 ,必须确立以技术创新为中心的产业培育政策和产业发展政策 ,以及以技术引进 ,消化吸收和二次创新为主的技术创新策略。期间 ,政府必须发挥更加积极的作用。
In recent years,the high and new technology industries in Zhejiang have been developing quickly,but great gap still exists,compared with that in Shanghai and Guangdong.It has close connection with the industrial developing structure in Zhejiang,which is dominated by the light processing industries.However,it lies mainly in the lack of technological innovation in Zhejiang.For the purpose of readjusting the industrial structure in Zhejiang,we must establish some industrial cultivating and developing policies,in technolgical innovation.And in this process,our government must play a more active role.
