摘要
本文研究了酚类化合物与过渡金属离子催化剂对氰酸酯固化反应活性的影响,Dsc数据显示两者协同催化效果较佳。酚类化合物的用量为10~13份、过渡金属离子为0.005份时,氰酸酯树脂体系起始温度和峰值温度分别至112.3℃~117.8℃和157.7℃~152.3qC,体系具有高反应活性。同时,在改性氰酸酯树脂体系中加入稳定剂,解决了由固化反应活性提高引起的室温贮存期较短的问题。当稳定剂用量为0.05—0.1份,体系具有良好潜伏性。
Abstract: This paper investigated the effect of phenols and transition metal ions catalysts on the curing reaction of cyanate ester. The differential scanning calorimeter ( DSC ) data showed the effect of synergistic catalysis was optimal. When content of phenols and was 10 -13 phr and the content of transition metal ions was 0. 005phr, the initial temperature and the peak temperature of cyanate ester significantly fell down to 112.3 % -117.8℃ and 157.7℃ -152.3℃, respectively. The problem that short shelf life of the modified cyanate ester which was caused by the high reaction activity was solved by introducing a stabilizer into the base resin. When the content of the stabilizer was 0.05 -0.1 phr,the system had a good shelf life.
