摘要
在转企的新形势下,院校、研究所科技期刊即将面临前所未有的挑战。院所期刊专业性强,受众面小,发行量不大,普遍盈利能力低下,因此长期依附于主办、主管单位。转企改制后,脱离赖以生存的母体,如何生存将是一个难题。在重大转折点面前,以前的经营模式显然已经跟不上当今形势的发展,院所期刊必须根据形势做出必要、及时的改变才能得以生存。就院所科技期刊生存现状进行分析,指出当前普遍存在的小作坊经营模式、落后的管理方式、单一的盈利方法是制约此类期刊发展的关键。并在此基础上提出运用数字化技术改变落后的管理运营模式,多渠道开拓盈利能力等应对方法。
In the new situation of enterprise-oriented transformation and restructuring, universities and research institutes of science and technology journals will face unprecedented challenges. With features of strong professional, narrow audience, low circulation and low generally profitability, institutes journal attached to the host for a long time. After enterprise-oriented transformation and restructuring and breaking away from survival competent organization, how to exist will be a difficult for institute journal. In front of major turning points, old operation modes have apparently couldn＆#39;t keep up with the development of the current situation. Institute journal must make the necessary and timely changes to survive. The paper was analyzed current living situation of science and technology journal, and put forward factors of restricting development of the journal, including business model of individual workshop, behindhand management modes and single profit pattern. Finally, the paper was put forward solutions of changing behindhand management modes by using digitalization and exploiting profit ability.
