发光菌在干旱区某城市管网末梢水安全性评价中的应用

摘要 目的将发光细菌作为毒性测试物种,引入到乌鲁木齐市干旱区管网末梢水的安全性评价中,同时结合水质毒理学指标的分析,为完善该市管网末梢水的安全性评价预警和监督检测提供新的尝试。方法根据该市供水管网的实际情况,设管网末稍取水点11个,以发光细菌为研究对象,用生物毒性测试仪测定样品及空白的发光度,计算相对发光率。同时对水中的毒理学指标进行检验。结果样品相对发光率的范围为90.03%~111.35%。按照百分数等级分数标准,各个水样的相对发光率均大于90%,综合判定毒性结果为无毒。同时,水质毒理学指标亦符合国家生活饮用水卫生标准(GB5749—2006)。结论发光细菌方法与毒理学指标对该市管网末梢水安全性评价的结果具有一致性,但他们从不同的角度反映管网末梢水的安全性。 [ Objective ] To introduce luminescent bacteria as a species of toxicity test to evaluation of the safety in tap water of an ar- id area city, and provide a new attempt for the safety assessment of early warning and supervision and inspection to the safety in tap water of this city, with the combination of the conventional analysis of toxicology index. [ Methods ] According to the actual situation of drinking water supply network in the arid city, 11 sampling points of water were selected, the luminescent bacteria was taken as study object to determine the luminous emittance of samples and blanks, thus relative emission rate was calculated. Meanwhile, toxicology index of tap water was tested. [ Results] The relative emission rate of each sample ranged from 90.03% -111.35%. Ac- cording to the percentage of grade score standard, relative emission rate of each sample was more than 90%, comprehensive judg- ment toxicity results were non-toxic. Toxicology indexes also met the national drinking water health standard ( GB 5749-2006 ). [ Conclusion] In this study, the results of the luminescent bacteria and conventional toxicology index suggests that the consistency of them is satisfied. But they reflects the safety of tap water from different angle.
