摘要
为了检测心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)基因在绵羊不同组织的表达差异,试验采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测绵羊H-FABP基因在不同组织中的表达情况。结果表明:H-FABP基因在不同的组织中表达量不同,由高到低依次为腿部半腱肌、背最长肌、心脏、肾脏、脾脏、十二指肠、肝脏、肺脏。
To detect the heart -type fatty acid binding protein ( H - FABP) gene expression differences in different tissues in sheep, the real time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression levels of the H - FABP gene in various tissues of sheep. The results showed that the expression levels of the H - FABP gene in various tissues were different, and the expression levels in descending order were as follows: semitendinosus muscle of the leg, longissimus muscle, heart, kidneys, spleen, duodenum, liver and lungs in sheep.
