摘要
为简便、准确、经济地测量野外缓倾角岩体三维结构面表面起伏形貌,设计了一套变阻式三维结构面形貌测量装置。该装置主要由变阻式探头与活动坐标架两大部分组成,利用滑动变阻器的原理,探针伸缩引起探管内电路中电阻发生改变,带来的电流改变经过数值转换反映到表盘上显示探针伸缩的长度。对该结构面上300mm2内的真实起伏形貌进行测量,超出测面可以分块测量。获取的结构面三维表面形貌与结构面真实形貌吻合性较好。该装置有适用条件广、结构简单、操作简便高效、造价经济等特点。
For simple ,accurate and economical measurement of the gently inclined three-dimensional structure of rock mass surface undulating surface morphology ,a resistance type three-dimensional profile measuring device was designed. The equipment mainly consists of variable resistance probe and adjustable frame two major components. Using the theory of sliding rheostat ,stretching out and drawing back of the probe can cause resistance changed ,which can bring about the electric current change ,at last the changing number can be displayed. To improve efficiency ,several same probes are used ,which could measur numerous points at the same time. The variable resistance probe is placed in the adjustable holder ,which can be perpendicular to the gently inclined structure surface through relative sliding and rotation ,meanwhile the equipment could measure the real undulating topography of the structure surface within 300 mm2 ,and take block measure if the surface is beyond. The equipment is widely adopted ,and the structure is simple ,easy to operate ,and has economic cost.The results shows that the engineering actual measurement of real surface morphology is very consistent with that of the structure of the surface of the three-dimensional structure of the surface morphology .
