摘要
基于顶空-气相色谱分析,建立了果汁饮料中6种苯系物的检测方法。试验对色谱柱、平衡温度、平衡时间及样品基体进行了研究和条件优化。在所建立的最佳实验条件下6种苯系物的回收率在89.4%~99.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8%~7.5%,方法的检测限介于2.1μg/L^9.8μg/L。
One method of headspale gas chromatography (HS-GC)was developed for quick-determinating of 6 kinds of benzene substances in fruit drinks.Parameters affecting headspale gas chromatography procedure, such as the column, the equilibrium time, the equilibrium temperature and the sample matrix were optimized.Under the optimal experimental conditions, the recoveries of the six benzene substances were in the range of 89.4 % - 99.5 % and the relaive standard deviations were from 2.8 % to 7.5 % ,the determination limit was between 2.1 μg/L-9.8μg/L.
