摘要
提出了一种高温高速旋转焊接工件内部温度检测技术,为了克服摩擦头高速旋转时带来热电偶信号线的连接问题,整个测温装置与焊接工件同步旋转,该装置包括热电偶、温度检测处理模块和无线传输模块;为了提高采样速率,对热电偶芯片组合采用了链式循环温度数据采集法,在一个循环周期内,各热电偶芯片依次传输数据,这种方式能实现高温高速旋转焊接工件内部温度的检测,提高了温度信号的采集速率。实验证明了这种技术的有效性。
This paper presents an internal temperature detection technology of high speed rotary welding workpiece. Due to the high rotary speed of friction stir tool,it is difficult to connect the thermocouple signal line to control board. In order to overcome this shortcoming,the temperature measurement device rotate synchronously with the welding workpiece,the device comprises thermocouples, temperature detection module and the wireless transmission module. In order to increase the sampling rate, the temperature data was collected by using the thermocouple combination chip. In a cycle,thermocouple chip turns to work like chain, this method can realize the internal temperature detection of high rotary speed welding workpiece,improves the temperature signal acquisition rate. Experiments show the effectiveness of this technique.
