摘要
在铺设管道为一条线的情况下 ,我们建立了解决钢管订购和运输问题的非线性规划模型 .由于变量较少 ,约束条件大都为线性的 ,目标函数为二次函数 ,所以利用 Lingo软件 ,可以很快求得比较满意的订购和运输方案 .我们利用 Matlab软件 ,对所得到的数据进行拟合 ,得到相应的反映销价变化对总费用影响的曲线 ,然后比较各个钢厂钢管销价变化对总费用影响的大小 .对于钢厂钢管产量上限变化对总费用和购运计划的影响 ,我们也作了类似的处理 .如果要铺设的管道是树形图 ,我们对树形图的每条边定向 ,建立了与铺设管道为一条线时类似的数学模型 ,从而大大拓广了模型的使用范围 .在论文中 。
In the case the pipelines are in line- shape,we provide a nonlinear programming model for the problem.Since there are not too much variables,most of the constraints are linear,and the goal function is quadratic,one can get satisfactory strategies quickly by using the software Lingo.With the software Matlab,foreach plantwe getthe curve thatreflects the influence of the variation of its′steel tubes′price to the total cost.Comparing these curves,we determine forwhich plant,the variation of its′steel tubes′price has the serious influence to the total cost.As to the influences of the variations of the upper bound of the output of the steel tube to the total cost and the strategy of ordering and transporting,we treat the problem in a similar way.In the case the main pipelines are in tree- shape,we assign a direction to each edge of the tree and establish a model similar to the model in the line- shape case.
