摘要
民办高校已具备内涵式发展的国家政策环境,民办高校内涵式发展的关键要素是学科建设、办学特色、科研工作、制度建设和校园文化,其中校园文化在民办高校内涵建设中起引领作用。厘清民办高校在校园文化建设中的误区和困境,通过物质层面、制度层面和精神层面三种路径进行建设,并将校园文化渗透在内涵式发展的各个层面。
Non-governmental institutions of higher learning already have the national policy environment for their connotative de- velopment whose key factors are subject construction, scientific research, character cultivation, system building, and campus culture. Among them, campus culture has the leading effect on the connotative development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning. The construction of campus cuhure should avoid the past misunderstandings and difficulties, be carried out through the three paths of material, system and spirit levels, and permeate all levels of connotative development.
