摘要
系统技术成熟度描述了系统研发的整体技术状态和水平,它是系统建设管理中重要的评估与分析内容。采用将技术成熟度和集成成熟度相结合的系统成熟度矩阵算法,对新型直升机系统成熟度进行了研究。结果表明:在大部分单项技术都达到了预期的技术成熟等级时,系统总体层面仍存在不确定和不成熟因素,为了有效提升系统整体成熟度,必须突破制约系统研发的"瓶颈"技术,并加强"瓶颈"技术与其他技术间集成的演示验证工作。
The system readiness level describes the whole technology state and level among the system investiga- tion, which is an important assessment and analysis work in managing system. The matrix arithmetic by combi- nation of technology readiness level and integration readiness level is used to study the system readiness level of new helicopter. The result showns that, as technology readiness level of the most individual technology achieved anticipation, there are still some uncertainty and immature factors in the system. To improve the system readi- ness level, the bottleneck technology must be identified and broken through, and the validation of bottleneck technology and other technology integration should be strengthened.
