摘要
客家族群是台湾的第二大族群,拥有极具特色的饮食民俗。本文通过整理台湾客家族群的日常食俗和年节食俗,具体分析了咸菜和粄这两种典型食物在其中扮演的重要角色,为弘扬并传承台湾客家饮食文化指明方向。
Hakkas is the second major population in Taiwan and has unique food customs. By sorting out daily food customs and festival-celebrating food customs of Taiwan Hakkas, this paper makes a concrete analysis of important roles that the two typical kinds of food, pickles and ban, play in food customs, which can provide revelation for promoting and developing food culture of Taiwan Hakkas.
