摘要
随着越来越多的国内建筑企业走出国门参与国际工程的竞争 ,逐步暴露出国内企业在国际竞争能力上的缺陷 ,与国外一流建筑企业相比差距较大。其中首要问题就是投标报价缺乏准确性和科学性。文中就此分析了国内一些企业进行国际工程投标报价的做法以及存在的各种问题 ,并针对这些问题 ,对我国的建筑企业在改革现状。
As more and more China Building industry enterprises are involoved in the international bid competition project, the disadvantages of Chinese enterprises in the international bid competition are revealed gradually. Compared with the first class counterparts in the world we still have a long way to go. The first problem is that we are short of accuracy and science in preparing our bidding price. The usual practice of some chinese enterprises in preparing the offer for international bid competifion project and various existing problems are analyzed in this paper. Recommendations are given in the paper as well for settling these problems to China building industry enterprises in the aspects to reform the present situation and raise the competitive power.
