摘要
使用1.8T涡轮增压汽油发动机,进行汽油机油高温清净性台架评定方法的试验研究。通过参比油试验,考察涡轮增压、试验工况、活塞结构及冷却方式等因素对发动机油清净性的影响,开发出针对带有涡轮增压装置汽油发动机的润滑油清净性台架评定方法。
With 1.8L turbocharging gasoline engine, a bench test method of oil cleanliness at high temperature was re- searched. By the reference oil test, the effects of turbocharging, testing conditions, piston structure and cooling mode on the oil cleanliness were investigated, and the bench test method of oil cleanliness for gasoline engine specially with turbo- charging devices was developed.
