摘要
以大型商用有限元软件ABAQUS为计算平台,基于等参梯度单元法的思想,建立功能梯度材料结构的有限元分析模型,进行有限元计算分析。数值算例表明,等参梯度有限单元法的应力和位移计算结果均与解析解吻合得很好。根据设计组分材料Y-TZP弹性模量的三种工况,讨论了弹性模量梯度系数对有限元计算结果的影响。通过有限元网格加密的数值算例,发现等参梯度有限单元法具有精度高和收敛快的特点。
Based on the computing platform of the ABAQUS, a plane structure of functionally graded materials finite element method (FEM) commercial software (FGMs) is analyzed by finite element models which are based on the isoparametric graded finite element method (IGFEM). Numerical example shows that the stress and displacement results by the IGFEM are satisfactorily agreed with the analytical solutions. By designing Young's Modulus nonhomogeneity parameters of material component Y-TZP in three cases, the influence on the FEM solutions is discussed. By the numerical example of the FEM fine mesh, it is found that the IGFEM has high accuracy and bet- ter convergence.
