摘要
设计了一种矿用运载小车位置数显装置。阐述了该装置的工作原理,给出了其机械结构形式、信号传输模式及数据处理方法,并在运载小车上进行了试验验证。结果表明,该装置结构合理,使用安全方便,位置显示实时性好、测量精度高,具有广泛的应用前景。
A kind of location digitally displayed device for the mine carrying trolley was designed. Its working principle was narrated, and its mechanical structure, signal transmission mode and data processing method were offered. After that, the test for the device on a carrying trolley was conducted. The results showed that the device was characterized by reasonable structure, safe and convenient operation, excellent performance of real- time location display and high measuring precision, which indicated its broad application prospect.
