摘要
在三峡工程三期大坝混凝土施工过程中,在混凝土配合比持续优选、骨料冷却、下料与浇筑、振捣、养护、均匀快速上升、冷却及保温等多个方面创造了一套特有的施工技术和工艺。总结了无裂缝大坝混凝土施工的若干关键工艺,完善了我国混凝土施工质量控制技术体系,为混凝土坝的高质量快速施工,创造无裂缝大坝奠定基础。
A set of specific construction technologies and processes is created after continuous improvement and detailed studies from all aspects of construction in the third phase construction of TGP, which including continuous mix proportion optimization, aggregate cooling, feeding and pouring, vibrating, curing, uniform rapid rise, cooling and insulation of concrete. Some critical construction processes of non-cracked concrete dam are summarized. These construction processes improve the quality control technology system of concrete construction in China, and the application of this technologies is conducive to the high-quality and rapid concrete construction of non-cracked dam.
