镀铜钢带的制备工艺及镀层性能

摘要 针对某镀铜钢带表面镀层厚度不均匀问题,将镀层厚度均匀化装置和镀铜钢带防氧化装置引入连续镀铜工艺中,并表征了所得钢带镀铜层的厚度、结合力、耐蚀性等性能。结果表明,采用该连续镀铜装置可在钢带表面得到结合紧密、厚度均匀、耐腐蚀好的镀铜层。 A device for uniformizing coating thickness and an anti-oxidation apparatus for copper-plated steel strip were used during the continuous copper plating process to solve the problem of uneven coating thickness on the surface of copper-plated steel strip. The thickness, adhesion strength, and corrosion resistance of the copper coating on steel strip substrate were characterized. The results showed that the copper coatings with strong adhesion, even thickness, and good corrosion resistance can be prepared on steel strip surface by using the given continuous copper plating device.
