摘要
世界范围内的许多企业在把握与其商业目标相关的各种机会方面存在困难。削减规模 ,精细管理和创新渠道战略虽然使企业保持了相对于竞争对手的竞争力 ,但企业必须对自身资源所能提供的机会进行选择。通过人力资本资源的最优化配置来实现商业目标需要企业中技术和市场管理的共同努力。本文涉及的是一个被称为机会管理的模型分析。
Many enterprises wordwide have difficulty in prusuing all opportunities for their business goals. Downsizing,lean management,and innovative channel strategies have maintained the competitiveness of an enterprise amongst its competitors,but an enterprise must be selective of the opportunities its resources can win. Optimizing human capital resources to achieve business goals require a synergetic effect of technology and market management within an enterprise. The scope of this paper is to describe the need for a case study model,called opportunity management.
