适合小井眼单通道井固井水泥浆体系研究 被引量:7

摘要 小井眼单通道井将小井眼钻井技术与单通道井技术相结合,由于环空间隙小以及只有一个油管通道的特点,在固井中对水泥浆的性能及安全性提出了更高的要求。通过室内比较研究,针对小井眼单通道井固井的特点,提出了一套用D级水泥配制的低黏聚合物水泥浆体系,该体系流变性能好,滤失量小,零自由水,稳定性好,密度和稠化时间可调,韧性好,安全性能好,能满足小井眼单通道井固井对水泥浆的各项要求,具有良好的应用前景。 The slim-hole drilling technology was combined with single-channel well technology for technology of slimhole and single-channel well drilling,higher requirements for the cement slurry and security in cementing were put forward due to the characteristics of small annular clearance and only one channel of oil tubing.Through laboratory comparison and study,a low viscosity polymer cement slurry system using Class D cement is put forward according to the characteristics of slim-hole and single-channel well cementing.The slurry system has a good rheological properties, small fluid loss,zero free water,good stability,adjustable density and thickening time,good toughness and good safety performance.It can satisfy the requirements on cement slurry for slim-hole and single-channel well cementing,it has good prospects of application.
