摘要
文山地区是云南省少数民族聚居地之一,主要居住着壮族、苗族人。文山州地处云南省东南边,地形奇特,山清水秀。这里气候温和,雨量充沛,多热带作物,居住在这里的壮族、苗族人世代从事农耕,积累了丰富的生产经验,同时也形成了与民族生活情趣紧密相联的、独具特色的传统体育项目。随着社会的进步,民族体育得到了前所未有的发展,我们应站在时代的高度来看待其继承和发展,把民族传统体育和现代体育精神结合起来,找出蕴涵着体育规律的民族传统文化,丰富民族文化生活的内容。
The Wenshan district is one of the ethnic minorities of Yunnan Province settlements, mainly inhabited by zhuang, miao people. Wenshan, Yunnan Province, is located in the southeast, exotic terrain, picturesque scenery. Here mild climate, abundant rainfall, tropical crops, zhuang, miao people living here for generations to engage in farming, accumulated the rich production experience, but also connected with national life interest, the unique traditional sports project.
