摘要
玻璃涂层在线检测系统是为湿膜厚度在线测量而设计的测量系统,系统在线实时测量多种规格的物体表面喷涂的玻璃涂层的湿膜厚度,为产品烘干后,干膜厚度控制提供依据。针对以往玻璃涂层在线检测系统的优缺点、科技的进步和新工作环境的需要,设计了一套新的玻璃涂层在线检测系统,其特点主要是:对喷涂的物体形状要求不高;在线实时测量,数据反馈及时;多种参数同时检测,有利于提供产品的喷涂质量。
