摘要
介绍了一种自主研发的全集成315 MHz/433 MHz射频发射芯片的结构、工作原理及芯片测试方案,用测试板上的跳线进行地址编码,芯片编码电路的振荡及控制信号由FPGA产生,采用超再生接收电路构成LED开关遥控控制系统。测试结果表明,输出功率为9.30 dBm,频率偏差小于0.2%,达到设计要求,可为企业提供一种低成本LED控制系统方案,具有较高的应用价值。
The structure,operating theory and the test method of a kind of self-developed fully-integrated 315 MHz RF launching chip based on on-chip oscillator are introduced.The test method uses the jumper wire on the test board to encode,uses FPGA to produce oscillation of the encode circuit and control signal,and uses super-regenerative detection circuit to constitute LED switch remote control system.The result shows that this method satisfies the requirement of designing,whose output power is 9.30 dBm and frequency deviation is less than 0.2%.This system can provides low-cost LED operating system scheme for companies,and is of high value.
