摘要
以大功率采煤机开关磁阻电机为研究对象,引入了无位置传感器技术,利用计算机控制设计了转子位置检测程序。根据TWW-4000型大功率采煤机开采中的相电流、电压特点,估算了转子位置并确定了绕组电流在10 A时的最小估算误差,取得了良好的运行效果。此研究为井下采煤机计算机控制和自动化控制策略提供了参考。
Taking the shearer switched reluctance motor as the research object, no position sensor technology has been introduced, the rotor position detection program is designed by using computer control. According to the phase current and voltage characteristics of TWW-4000 type large power shearer mining , the rotor position is estimated, and the minimum estimation error of winding current at IOA is determined, the good results are obtained. This study provides a reference for the underground coal mining machine computer control and automation control strategy.
