摘要
根据简化的太阳能电池模型,结合IEC60891关于任意条件下光伏组件的短路电流和开路电压的校正公式,提出了一种光伏组件输出功率估算模型。利用该模型估算了光伏组件在晴天、阴天、多云天气的输出功率,并与户外测试平台上实测组件的输出功率数据进行对比分析,验证了所提出的估算模型具有良好的精度与稳定性。
According to a simplified model of the solar cell combined with IEC60891 about the short-circuit current and open circuit voltage correction formula of PV modules under arbitrary conditions, an estimation model for PV module output power was proposed in this paper. Using the power estimation model, PV module output power was calculated under a clear, overcast and cloudy sky respectively. Compared with actual power, which was measured by PV module outdoor test platform, analysis results showed that the model estimates power of PV modules with good accuracy and stability.
