摘要
基于权变理论在信息系统研究领域的应用,在全面梳理信息系统组织适配和不适配研究已有文献的基础上,归纳和提炼适配、信息系统组织适配的概念,并重点阐述信息系统与企业战略、组织文化、企业结构的适配及任务技术适配、实践/流程适配,提出信息系统组织适配未来的研究方向和热点,以期为国内信息系统组织适配理论的研究提供启示。
Based on the contingency theory in the field of information systems research, the paper described the definitions of fit and information system organization fit. It analyzed the current research about information system organization fit and misfit by focusing on an overview of fit between information systems and corporate strategy, fit between information systems and organizational culture, fit between information systems and corporate structures, the task of technology fit , practice / process fit. Future research interest and direction on information system organization fit were highlighted as a guide for domestic research.
