摘要 直接负荷控制DLC作为一种重要的激励型需求响应技术,对提高电力系统经济和安全运行有着积极作用。通信技术、负荷控制技术的发展和空调负荷的逐年增加使居民空调DLC的削负荷潜力不断增大,电力市场改革使得DLC的用途更加广泛,而评估DLC的负荷削减效果是DLC实施的基础。本文介绍了美国用于评估居民空调DLC负荷削减效果的两种方法,并以PJM和加州为例分析了目前主流的基于回归分析的评估方法,得出了其实施流程和特点。 As an important incentive-based demand response technology, direct load control (DLC) has a positive effect on improving safe and economic operation of power system. Load reduction potential of residential air condition- er has been increased by the development of communication technology and load control technology and increased load of air conditioning; meanwhile, the reform of electricity markets leads to wider applications of DLC. And load shed- ding impact evaluation is the basis for DLC program implementation. This paper presents two methods used for evalu- ating load shedding impact of residential air conditioner direct load control program in the united states. Then, PJM and California were chosen as examples to analyze the mainstream regression-based load shedding impact evaluation method, and summarize its implementation process and characteristics.
