摘要
介绍了重型设备运载车的转向机构型式和5种转向模式,要实现这5种转向模式,必须将轮轴设计成机械上相互独立的形式,独立和多轮转向机构只能采用电传操纵方式。文中分析了其电传动力转向系统的要求和特征,对其驱动连杆机构进行了优化设计,取得了良好的设计结果,为该车转向系统的控制与操作提供了必要的数据。
This paper introduces the steering mechanism structure of heavy equipment carrier and 5 steering modes. The wheel shaft must be designed mechanically and independently each other to realize these 5 steering modes, the independent and multi - wheel steering mechanism can use electric driving control mode only. The paper analizes tile requirements and features of electric driving steering system, make an optimized design of driving connecting rod mechanism and achieved a better design result, this can provide the necessary data of control and operation of steering system of the motor vehicle.
