摘要
以中碱玻璃鳞片为耐蚀填料,环氧丙烯酸酯为主要成膜物质,制备了一种UV(紫外光固化)环氧玻璃鳞片涂层,通过吸水量、扩散系数、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试等方法研究了玻璃鳞片用量、目数和涂层厚度对涂层耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,添加10%的100目经硅烷偶联剂处理的玻璃鳞片,涂层厚度为100μm时,UV环氧玻璃鳞片涂层的耐蚀性能最佳,在饱和期(120h)其吸水量为0.009 1g,扩散系数为3.95×10-14 cm-2·s-1,阻值为1.129×109Ω·cm2。
UV epoxy glass flake coatings were prepared with glass flakes as the main anti-corrosion pigment for corrosion protection and epoxy acrylic as the main resin. The influence of surface treatment, amount and particle size of glass flakes, and coating thickness on coating properties were investigated. The testing results of water absorption, diffusion coefficient and EIS indicated that the coatings with a better surface treated by coupling agent and 100 mesh glass flakes and 10% amount of glass flakes would give the best anti-corrosion effect. The absorption weight was 0. 009 1 g, diffusion coefficient was 0. 95×10-14 cm-2·s-1 , and the resistance value was 1. 129×109 Ω·cm2 in the saturation stage.
