摘要
在人口老龄化的各种矛盾中,最难解决的问题之一是失能老人数量迅速增长,失能风险积聚增大,对家庭与社会的负担愈来愈重,致使失能老人长期照护服务的压力和矛盾日益突出。通过对青岛市城乡失能老年人的基本情况进行评估,分析目前失能老人照护服务的现状、问题,从实际出发提出加快青岛市失能老人长期照护服务体系建设的对策建议。
Among all the contradictions of population ageing ,one of the most difficult problems to be solved is the rapid growth of the disabled aged .The increasing disabled risk and the heavier and heavier burden to families and society makes the pressure and the contradictions of the long-term care service for the disabled aged prominent increasingly .By means of the evaluation on the basic situation of the disabled aged in Qingdao ,this paper analyzes the status and the problems of the care service for the disabled aged in Qingdao .It starts with the practical situation and provides countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the long-term care service system construction for the disabled aged in Qing-dao .
