2013年以来,江西省投资增幅回落较大。据统计,2013年上半年全省固定资产投资增幅同比回落9.3个百分点。为稳定投资增长,发挥投资在稳增长中的关键作用,进步增强全省经济发展后劲,促进全省发展升级、小康提速、绿色崛起,亟待推进创业公平,激发民间资本活力。
Since 2013, Jiangxi Province has seen a significant drop in investment growth rate. According to statistics, in the first half of 2013 the province＇s fixed asset investment growth rate dropped 9.3 percentage points year on year. To stable investment growth, play the key role of investment in steadying econonfic growth, and further enhance the province＇s eco- nomic development potential, the paper proposes methods to upgrade provincial development, speed the process of building a well-off society, promote green rise and equity entrepreneurship, and to revitalize private capital.
