摘要
目的 研究巨噬细胞对星形细胞活性及增殖的影响。方法 制备巨噬细胞的几种条件培养基,分别施加于纯化培养的星形细胞作用24h,用MTT法测定细胞活力及增殖情况。结果 仅变性髓鞘激活的巨噬细胞条件培养基可明显提高星形细胞的活力及促进细胞分裂与增殖。结论 变性髓鞘激活的巨噬细胞条件培养基中含有可提高星形细胞活力和促进细胞增殖的因子,表明巨噬细胞吞噬髓鞘后产生了促星形细胞分裂因子。
Objective To study the influence of macrophages on the activities and proliferation of astrocytes in vitro. Methods Several kinds of macrophages-conditioned media (MCM) were prepared and acted upon the cultured astrocytes for 24 hours, then the activities and proliferation of these astrocytes were examined by MTT technique. Results The result of this experimental study demonstrated that among the various media prepared, only the degenerated myelin-activated MCM (M-MCM) could significantly enhance the astrocyte activity and promote the cell proliferation. Conclusions Maybe M-MCM contains certain factors which can enhance the activities and proliferation of astrocytes. The result suggested that these macrophages probably produced some mitogenic factors when the degenerated myelins were phagocytized by them
