摘要
[目的]探讨以团队为基础的教学模式(TBL)在小儿液体疗法教学中的设计与应用。[方法]采取整群抽样法选取2010级护理本科1班和2班学生,1班作为观察组采用TBL教学模式,2班作为对照组采用传统教学模式,比较两组学习效果测试成绩;授课结束后对观察组护生进行问卷调查,了解学生对TBL教学的评价。[结果]观察组学生测试成绩为(8.56±2.10)分,对照组测试成绩为(4.38±1.25)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.45,P<0.05);观察组学生认为TBL教学模式的应用提高了学习主动性、团队合作能力及人际沟通能力。[结论]TBL教学模式可提高学生学习成绩,有助于培养学生的团队协作精神及人际沟通能力,是一种促进学生主动学习的指导性教学方法。
Objective: To probe into the design and application of team based learning in teaching of fluid therapy in children. Methods: Nursing undergraduate students in class one and class two in grade 2010 were se- lected by using cluster sampling method. The students in class one were taken as the observation group,who received the TBL teaching mode. The students in class two were taken as control group, who received the traditional teaching mode. Then the learning effect in both groups was compared. After teaching, students in observation group were investigated with questionnaire to understand students' evaluation on TBL teaching. Re- sults:Test score of students in observation group was (8.56±2.10),and test score in control group was (4.38± 1.25) ,there was statistically signif- icant difference between both groups (t=2.45,P〈0.05). Students in observation group thought that the application of TBL teaching mode can improve the learning initiative, team cooperation ability and interpersonal communication ability. Conclusion. TBL teaching mode can improve students' performance, and it is helpful to cultivate students' teamwork spirit and interpersonal communication ability. And it is a kind of instructional teaching method for promoting students' active learning.
