跨国背景下的学者型商人研究

摘要 通过回顾和总结儒学思想对于知识型商人及其商业行为的影响,突出儒商精神在东方经营和管理模式中重要性。儒商的经商行为带有浓厚的道德色彩,体现"义"与"利"之间的一种平衡,强调"穷则独善其身","达则兼济天下"。通过跨文化角度,分析研究新浪网董事长兼首席执行官曹国伟和《胡润百富》创刊人胡润,在当前社会背景下成功儒商的两个典型案例,勾略出新时期跨国背景下学者型商人的显著特征,并提出研究模型,让人们充分地了解和认识跨国儒商及其成功的奥秘。 This paper examines the impact of Confucianism on scholar entrepreneurs and their practice in business operation. It analyzes the nature and core features of Confucian entrepreneurs in enterprise operation and manage- ment in China. As Confucian entrepreneurs' business practice follows a set of moral principles,it emphasizes a bal- ance between yi (righteousness) and li (profitableness) (Cheung & King,2004) ,as well as self-cultivation with a view to contributing to the world. This study focuses on two scholar entrepreneurs - Chairman and CEO of SINA Corporation, and founder of Hurun Rich List. Both scenarios provide a detailed analysis of successful Confucian en- trepreneurs from the cross-cultural perspective. The findings highlight some unique features of scholar entrepreneurs of cross-cultural backgrounds in contemporary society. A preliminary model for researching these scholar entrepre- neurs has been proposed,which is yet to be tested in future empirical studies..
