摘要
把隧道围岩和支护结构作为一个完整的支护体系是新奥法施工的核心思想,而现场监控量测是新奥法施工中极其重要组成部分,也是施工决策与管理的信息源.对施工过程中围岩的变形过程及发展趋势进行监控,并对围岩力学动态和支护结构工作状态的量测数据进行计算处理,对确保施工安全及设计合理有重要作用.以临合高速公路双城隧道施工的监控量测实施情况,系统地说明了量测计划的编制、实施及对测得数据的处理方法,及时指导施工,成功避免了施工中重大安全事故的发生,对双城隧道的后期施工及类似围岩条件下隧道施工有一定的指导意义.
Combining tunnel surrounding rock and supporting frame into a whole system is the core idea of New Austrian Tunneling Method. The process of monitoring measurement is the most important and indispensable part in tunnel construction,and the information source of construction decision and management. Monitoring the process and tendency of surrounding rock deformation during construction,calculating the data of mechanical dynamic of the surrounding rock and the working state of the supporting structure are all very important for ensuring the safety of construction and reasonable design. Based on monitoring measurement of Shuangcheng tunnel construction in Linhe Highway,this paper systematically illustrates the measure plan,the implementation and data analysis. This kind of method is meaningful for guarding against grave accident in construction and provides reference value for later construction job in similar conditions of surrounding rock.
