摘要
以深圳益田村地下双层停车库工程为例,指出该工程结构抗浮存在的主要问题,通过对比分析3种结构抗浮设计方案(锚杆抗浮、钻(冲)孔灌注桩抗浮及泄水引流抗浮),最终决定采用泄水引流抗浮方案,即利用动水压力小于静水压力的原理,通过渗流、滤水措施排泄一部分地下水、控制底板下的动水压力,从而减小结构受到的浮力,解决抗浮问题。该方案缩短了工期、减少了投资、减少了建筑材料的用量、使地下水得到循环利用,符合节能、环保、可持续发展的方向。
Main anti-floating problems of the two-storey underground parking garage of Yitian village in Shenzhen are presented. Three anti-floating methods, i. e. , anti-floating by anchor bolts, anti-floating by punching piles and anti- floating by water drainage, are compared and the water drainage method is adopted tor the project. The mentioned method uses the theory of "the hydrodynamic pressure being larger than the hydrostatic pressure", and it can reduce the floating of the structure by controlling the hydrodynamic pressure under the floor. The method used has achieved good effects in the project.
