摘要
为完善全面规范化生产维护(Total normalized Productive Maintenance,TnPM)体系的推进,结合中国石化广州石化公用工程部在实践TnPM体系过程中的案例,在对存在的问题整合分析、按质归类基础上,进行体系的理念宣贯、体系建设与推进要领3个方面的探讨,以期真正体现推进TnPM体系的最优价值。
In order to normalize productive mainte- nanee（TnPM） ,Combined the TnPM advan,＇ing case with SINOPEC Guangzhou Branch, this paper vlassi- fled the integrated analysis of existing problems, and emphatically focused on a discussion from three as- pects of concept,propaganda and implementation, sys- tem construction and advancing essentials.
