摘要
本文阐述了大直径后注浆冲孔灌注桩的承载力性状及作用机理,以工程实例总结了灌注桩后注浆的设计方法及施工要点和质量检测与控制。通过灌注桩后注浆的技术经济比较,说明了该技术在高层建筑桩基应用中的价值。
This paper introduces the bearing capacity and the mechanism of post - grouting bored piles with large diameter. According to the practical engineering, the design method and the construction points of perfusion pile post - grouting are summarized , the quality detection and control are discussed. Through technical and economic comparison of perfusion pile post - grouting, it illustrates the value of this technology applied in the piles of high - rise building.
