摘要
目的 探讨经肛门切除成人直肠扁平腺瘤的临床疗效及风险.方法 回顾性分析2000~2011年间经肛门切除成人直肠扁平腺瘤67例手术时间、术中出血量、术后出血、复发、癌变情况.结果 本组平均手术时间30min,无1例术后24h出血,大便带血42例,复发2例,其中癌变1例.结论 除病检提示腺瘤有高级别上皮内瘤变外,成人直肠扁平腺瘤经肛门切除手术仍是一种安全有效的方法.
Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and risk of trans-anus resection of adult flat rectal adenoma. Methods From 2000 to 2011 a retrospective analysis was done on clinical data of 67 cases with trans-anus resection of adult flat rectal adenoma. The variables included operative time, intraoperative blood loose, postoperative bleeding, recurrence, cancerization. Results The median operating time was 30 min, no case was found primary massive bleeding and delayed bleeding, 42 cases were found bleeding during defection, 2 cases was found recurrence, and 1 case was found cancerization. Conclusion Except High intraepithelial neoplasia （ HIN ） ,Trans-anus resection of adult flat rectal adenoma is an effective, safe to deal with adult flat rectal adenoma.
