微波辅助提取西瓜子油工艺的研究 被引量:1

RESEARCH ON THE MICROWAVE-ASSISTED EXTRACTION OF WATERMELON SEED OIL

摘要 利用微波辅助的方法从西瓜子中提取西瓜子油,通过单因素和正交试验,研究了不同提取溶剂、料液比、微波功率、微波时间以及浸泡时间对西瓜子油提取率的影响.试验得出西瓜子油的最优工艺条件:以石油醚为提取溶剂、料液比1∶20(g/mL)、微波功率390 W、微波时间15min、不浸泡,在此条件下西瓜子油的提取率可达到40.00%. The microwave-assisted process was used for extracting watermelon seed oil. The effects of extraction conditions, such as different extraction solvents, material-to-liquid ratio, microwave power, microwave time and soaking time, on the watermelon seed oil extraction rate were studied through single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: petroleum ether as extraction solvent, material-to-liquid ratio 1:20 (g/mL), microwave power 390 W, extraction time 15 minutes, and no soaking. Under the optimum conditions ,the watermelon seed oil extraction rate reached 40.0%.
