摘要
目的研究低强度超高频电磁波的细胞生物学非热效应,为后续实验确定理想照射强度和照射时间。方法取35 例健康人血样(每例共20 ml)分为3组,分别采用8 mW/cm2(n=12)、5 mW/cm2(n=12)及2 mW/cm2(n=ll)3档照射强 度进行用低强度毫米级电磁波(波长 8 mm,频率 37.5 GHz)照射,照射时间分别为 15、30和 60 min。结果血液在低强 度毫米波照射下,血流动力学特性指标,包括血液粘度及红细胞的变形性和聚集性等都有不同程度的改变。结论微波 对血液有非热效应作用,微波的照射强度和照射时间都可以影响其效应。
Objective To study the non-thermal cytological effects of low-intensity millimeter to define the optimal radiation intensity and time for further studies. Methods A total of 35 blood samples from healthy subjects were exposed to 8 mm (37.5 GHz) millimeter wave for 15, 30, and 60 min with the radiation intensity of 8 mW/cm2, 5 mW/cm2 and 2 mW/cm2, respectively. Results The blood viscosity and deformability and the aggregation index of the red blood cells were changed to various degrees upon the radiation under different conditions. Conclusion The biological non-thermal effects of millimeter wave are closely related to radiation time and radiation intensity, and further investigation is needed to elucidate the mechanism.
