摘要
在文化大发展大繁荣的时代背景下,艺术管理迅速成为热门专业。虽还没有明确的专业规范,但艺术管理不同于文化产业管理所具有的专业特殊性,已在学界达成共识;其艺术学门类归属正趋于一致,以艺术为管理核心的专业内涵认知正逐渐深化。在当前形势下,综合艺术院校艺术管理专业应定位于艺术学理论一级学科下,同时发挥"综合"这一突出优势,立足综艺活动策划与管理,形成自身专业特色。在课程设置上,以社会市场需求为导向,以培养专业实践能力为目标,以提高学生的综合素质为旨归,围绕艺术学、管理学课程群,跨越专业壁垒,打通学校与社会的篱墙,搭建行业实践平台,构建实践型教学体系。
Under the background of great development and prosperity in culture,arts management has become a popular major.Although so far there haven't been clear professional norms,arts management is different from cultural industry management,which owns professional particularity and has reached a consensus in the academic field.Its art category belonging tends to be uniform and the professional connotation with art as the management core is gradually deepened.In the current situation,art management major in comprehensive colleges or universities should be located at level 1 subject of art theories; meanwhile,play a "comprehensive" advantage,be based on the variety event planning and management,and form their own professional characteristics.Regarding the curriculum,we should take social market demand as the guide,aim at training professional practical ability and improving the comprehensive quality of students,center around art and management course group,cross the major barriers to bridge the colleges and society,construct the platform for the industry practice and form the practical teaching system.
