摘要
随着当今世界一体化潮流的扩张,这种潮流所裹挟着源自西方的各种价值观也扩展到全世界。中国社会非西方社会,它的发展依托于自身存在的价值和社会实践。在中国共产党的领导下,中国社会取得了前所未有的发展成就。党建科学化就是中国共产党在新的历史时期结合中国社会的发展需求而提出的具有中国特色的发展观。
Various values originated from the west spread rapidly worldwide with the trend of globalization, which forms a great impact on China. However, the social status of China is quite different from those of the western countries and China＇s development depends on its own specific value and its own social experiences. With this kind of value and under the leadership of the Communist Party of China （CPC for short）, China has made a great achievement. The scientific approach to the Party construction is a development outlook with the Chinese characteristics proposed by CPC in the new historical period of China tallying with the social development needs of China.
