气浮-水解酸化-CASS-BAF处理屠宰废水工程实践

摘要 屠宰废水是一种常见的食品加工废水,废水中有机污染物浓度较高,且含有脂肪、蛋白质等大分子有机物和毛发、动物内脏等杂物。本文介绍了采用气浮-水解酸化-CAASS—BAF处理屠宰废水的工程实例,该工艺简单、占地面积小、运行费用低、运行方式灵活。当进水CODc,为1200~1800mg/L时,出水水质可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)中一级A的排放要求。 Slaughter wastewater is a common wastewater of food processing, and the organic pollutant concentration is high, and contains big-molecule organism such as fat, protein and hair, animal in- ternal organs . etc. The application of Gas Floats-Hydrolytic--acidification-CASS--BAF process to the treatment of slaughter-house wastewater is presented. The designed process is characterized by flexible operation, good effect and convenience management. When the inflow CODCr is in the range of 1200- 1600mg/L, the waterfluid matter meet the standards first class type A of GB18918 -- 2002 ( Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant).
