摘要
对几种水果抗氧化性能进行分析.采用流动注射化学发光法,对影响抑制率的因素邻苯三酚浓度、鲁米诺的浓度、缓冲溶液的pH值等进行了条件实验,确定出最佳条件.结果表明:几种水果能有效地抑制超氧阴离子自由基诱导的鲁米诺化学发光,随着发光体系中水果含量的升高,发光强度呈下降趋势即具有较强的抗氧化性能,对几种水果的抗氧化性能进行了比较.
The antioxidant activity of the several fruits are detected by the flow-injection chemiluminescenceThe influence factors on the inhibition rate of the adjacent benzene three phenol concentrations,luminot concentra-tion and pH value of buffer solution are studied to determine the optimum conditionsThe results indicate that several fruits can effectively restrain the chemiluminescence of luminol induced by super oxygen anion free rad-ical,and the strength of the chemiluminescence presents the descending trend with the increasing of the con-tents of the several fruitsA comparison of the antioxidant activity with several fruits is performed.
